2023 Teach In for Reconciliation

Coming out of the pandemic, I wasn’t sure what to expect for this year’s National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Faculty at the University of Manitoba organized a Teach-In, held on campus at the Investors Group Athletic Centre. I was heartened by a healthy attendance, that appeared to be mostly voluntary.

The speakers were engaging and each took a unique angle approaching the idea of Reconciliation, and relationships with Indigenous peoples through their own disciplines.
